Shipping and Delivery

1. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai by reputed courier agencies.
2. All domestic orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-7 business day.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Cannot be rerouted to another address after confirmation of order. In case of emergency, please call customer care for guidance.
   Delivery may be delayed incase of continuous public holidays or strike.
4. Goods receipt will need to be signed for upon delivery by the concern or Family members or suggested alternative person by the customer. But Ayurclinic takes no responsibility for goods signed by the alternative.
5. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. shipping charges may vary based on product volume, type and shipping destination.
6. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 3 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
